1. What are the values of noeser?
We say: be nutty, be nice, be noeser! “Be nutty”, because nOeser loves kids to have silly adventures and explore the world in their own way. nOeser provides them with outfits in which the can move freely and happily, portraying stories that stimulate their imagination. nOeser basics provide great mix 'n match possibilities with the prints. “Be nice”, because nOeser only uses organic cotton and only works with sustainable partners. nOeser also offers young designers a chance in the design team by letting them add a new character in the collection. “Be nOeser”, because nOeser asks children what they find nice and interesting and bases her designs on their preferences.
2. Why does nOeser only use organic cotton?
Organic production means that methods are used that are ecological, economic and socially sustainable. Please read more on this page
3. When is the new collection online?
nOeser currently offers two collections per year. If you sign up for the newsletter, you will be informed about the new collection directly.
4. I am retailer and wish to sell nOeser in my shop. Is that possible?
That is possible. Please look at our retail website or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
5. I would like to work at nOeser. Are there vacancies or possibilities for interns?

1. Are all prices including VAT?
All quoted retail prices are including VAT.
2. Can I order a gift suitcase?
Yes, you can. Order it on the website or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Can you deliver on another address?
Yes, it is possible to do so in the ordering proces. You can fill in the desired delivery address at “other delivery address”.
4. What are the payment options?
Orders can be paid via iDeal, Paypal or transfer money to our bank account directly. Please see our page on payment options for more info.
5. How long does it take before i receive my product?
We aim to send your order within two days after receiving your order. Our delivery partner is PostNL.
6. What are the delivery costs?
For packing and delivery we charge 3,95 euro for orders below 50 euro within the Netherlands. Please check our page on shipping cost for info about sending to other countries.
7. Where can i send my complaints?
In case of questions or complaints, please contact us directly at email@example.com. We deal with questions and complaints within 7 days.
8. Are my personal details dealt with carefully?
All personal details are treated with confidentiality (see our privacy statement).
