Please find the shipping prices in the table below.
We offer your order one working day after receiving the payment to the transport company. After that the transport company is responsible for timely delivery. We refer to www.dpd.com (within Europe) for average delivery times outside the Netherlands. Unfortunately we cannot influence the exact time of delivery. We send the track & trace number of your order via email. Please note that the track & trace system does not work in all countries that we deliver to.
It is possible to swap products within 14 days after receiving them. We request you to announce this via email (email@example.com) with a clear description of the article you wish instead. If that particular article is out of stock we inform you as soon as possible.
The cost of the return shipment is for expense of the customer. nOeser will pay for the shipment of the new article.
If you are not satisfied with your order it is possible to return it to nOeser at your own costs within 14 days. We request you to inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). A return delivery should have sufficient stamps on it. We advise you to ship a return with a track & trace code, to avoid any misunderstandings between sender and receiver. nOeser has the right to refuse a returned product if it has been used, washed or damaged. If the return is received in good order, nOeser will reimburse the purchase value within 30 days.
